Position Overview
Dial Expert is hiring Live Transfer Agents / Sales Openers to join our U.S. debt-related campaigns.
In this role, you are the first point of contact. Your job is to:
Engage prospects professionally
Follow a structured qualification script
Verify information
Conduct a soft credit pull
Warm-transfer qualified leads to the sales/closing team

⚠️ This is not a closing role. Your success is measured by valid, qualified transfers, not contracts signed.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident on the phone, persuasive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling objections.
Work Model

Work From Home (WFH)
Work entirely from the comfort of your home, provided you meet the necessary technical requirements for a productive remote setup.
Candidate must have:
  • Own PC or Laptop
  • Stable wired internet (Ethernet/LAN)
  • Professional headset
Hybrid Work Model
Combine the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-office collaboration. This model allows employees to work from home for part of the week and at least one day from the office.
Office Location:
Our main office is located in [One Kattamiya, Cairo].
Requirements for Hybrid:
  • Showing up on time for your shift
  • Ability to commute to the office as required for in-person days
Schedule
Full-Time Only
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Cairo Time)
  • Other start times may be available occasionally (4 PM or 7 PM)
  • 1-hour break included
Compensation
Base Salary
14,000 EGP
per month
Commission
$2 USD
for every 3 valid transfers to the sales team
  • Paid on top of base salary
  • Clear validation criteria (quality-based, not volume-only)
Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

Engage prospects using an approved call script

Build rapport and maintain control of the conversation

Verify customer identity and basic information

Educate customers on the basics of debt relief / personal loan options

Conduct a soft credit pull (non-impacting to credit score)

Address common objections with approved rebuttals

Transfer qualified and compliant leads to the sales team

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entry

Compliance standards

Invalid or non-compliant transfers are not counted
Qualifications
Required
  • Strong spoken English with minimal accent
  • Confidence handling phone conversations
  • Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
  • Attention to detail and compliance
  • Willingness to work night shifts
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Call center experience
  • Cold calling experience
  • Sales, telemarketing, or lead qualification background
No experience is required — paid training is provided for candidates who show the right attitude and communication skills.
